That’s caused by phonespam my dear Soosh.
Those pesky call centers dial 10 numbers at a time when a representative has finished their call and the 1st line that gets picked up gets connected, the rest gets disconnected.
It is damn annoying, most of the times it only rings once or twice. Register on http://www.infofilter.nl, that worked for me.
